I have now worked in the Champlain Heights for close to two decades and I have called it home for many years. I enjoy living in the area and whether it's the ever changing beauty of Everett Crowley Park or the proximity of the Fraser River, it really does feel like country living in the city.

I began working with James in 1993 and am involved primarily in creating the Champlain News. The Champlain News has evolved over the years from a double sided black and white information bulletin to the 8 page colour newsletter it is today. We try to focus on promoting events and activities taking place within the Champlain Heights but also highlight events going on around the lower mainland as well.

Hello,
After earning my Bachelor's Degree from Queen's University in the late 90's, I moved to British Columbia and began my career in business and Real Estate financing. I spent seven years working in a business dedevelopment role for several IT companies before moving into the Real Estate field in 2004. While I enjoy many aspects of the mortgage industry, the facet I enjoy the most is the opportunity to work closely with customers in a one-on-one setting. Similarily, I enjoy the challenge of presenting financing solutions which may seem complex or daunting to the average borrower and making those solutions simple and easy to understand, regardless of the customer's experience. In addition to my professional involvements, I have a passion for film, music and could be easily considered an amateur Las Vegas historian.
