working with people and I love marketing and selling properties. Every day is a new challenge in a dynamic industry that is as exciting today as when I started over 15 years ago!

Since 1992 I have had the pleasure of representing and helping sellers and buyers make sound real estate decisions.

I specialize in townhome and apartment sales in South East Vancouver and Burnaby, so that when you engage me as your Realtor your getting an area specific Realtor who understands both Leasehold and Freehold ownership.

A Bit of Background

My educational background is in marketing and sales, and I am a graduate of BCIT.  I believe in an ongoing need for keeping myself up to date on industry standards and practices, so as to properly represent and protect my clients' interests.

I have a proven sales record, and for the past 14 years have been honoured as a member of the Real Estate Board's Medallion Club, which recognizes  the top 10% of the board's members.

In 2006 I was presented with a Hall of Fame Award from RE/MAX.
